My SIL, Bobbie, celebrated her birthday on the 15 April.
We had a small do for her.
Prior to her birthday, I booked her just to make sure she didn't have any plans.
I recently bought a 6" round pan to accompany my 9" and 13" round pans.
I baked chocolate cake for this occasion and decided to make it 2-tiered which was also my first attempt.
Oh boy, it wasn't easy.
But I made it.
Though I my icing wasn't that impressive.
